NATIONAL BOOK TRUST, INDIA (NBT)
National Book Trust, India (NBT), an autonomous organisation of the Department of Secondary & Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, invites sealed tenders, on the prescribed tender forms, for the following jobs on hire basis in connection with the following fairs:

• 28 th National Book Fair, Trivandrum at
  Putharikkandam Maitnam,
  Trivandrum (Kerala)
  (5-13 November 2005)
• Puri Book Fair at
  Sarda Bali, Puri (Orissa)
  (29 October- 6 November 2005 )

1) Construction of temporary superstructure, including gate(s), stands (1m) and stalls of size 3m x 3m, using the octonorm system.

2) Installation of electrical fittings outside the stalls, general lighting of the exhibition ground and adjoining area with focus lights/halogen lamps and supply of PA system.

Tender forms can be obtained from the Deputy Director (Exhibition), National Book Trust, India , A-5 Green Park, New Delhi–110 016 on any working day between 9.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. The tenders shall be accepted in the office of the NBT upto 4 p.m. on 30 September 2005 and shall be opened immediately thereafter. The Director, NBT reserves the right to accept/reject any or all the tenders.
